Help with your account or an essay
For questions about marking, feedback, LitBot or your account, email hello@litmarker.io. Send it from the email address you signed up with so we can find your account.
If you think someone else has got into your account, tell us at the same address straight away.
Billing, cancelling and refunds
- You can cancel Pro at any time from your billing settings in the app. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
- To ask for a refund, email hello@litmarker.io. If you change your mind, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of subscribing, as long as you have not started using the Pro features.

Privacy and your data
To see, correct, export or delete your data, or to delete your whole account, email privacy@litmarker.io from your account email. There is no charge, and we reply within one month.
The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and who we share it with. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can also complain to the ICO.
Parents and guardians
Email hello@litmarker.io about a subscription or account your child holds, or privacy@litmarker.io about their data.
